铸铜雕塑因其材质特性，具有造型准、质感强、纹饰美的特点。铸铜雕塑的制作除前期泥塑造型以外，一般都要经过金属冶炼、锻造、雕刻、镀金、磨光、上红等几个重要的工序。程序比较复杂，工艺十分讲究。具体铸造方法有失蜡法和模具法两种。介绍两种流程：

流程一：由客户方确定或提供雕塑参考图案（或对受塑人进行写生、拍照）→泥塑师根据客户要求塑制泥塑模型→泥塑完成由客户确认→确认泥稿后翻制模具。

流程二：小型铸铜雕塑制作需采用精铸工艺→翻制(石蜡)模型→用石英砂等精铸材料制作雕塑型壳→烤制型壳脱蜡→烧制型壳→浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳完成铜品制作→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→雕塑制作完成。
